A week late but a doctor I follow also has a book coming out and for making the audio she was told 24 to 30 hours recording would end up as 12 hours audio. So you're 40 minutes for 20 is in line with industry norms, except she's getting a full recording studio. Good lunch with all, you're really going through the wars now.

I hear packers can also be amazing, but I was too broke last time I moved to do that. I hope your new place is everything you're hoping for!
