2022/12/27 - Sword Maiden WIP.

Hi, all my patrons!

I'd like to talk about the new work Sword Maiden. I haven't started yet, so I'd like to hear your opinions.

The word 'Maiden' is a bit unfamiliar to me. Of course, there are some words that have been translated into Korean, but when searched in Korean and English, they have slightly different results.

The start of this topic is the character Sword Maiden in Goblin Slayer, and it doesn't mean much to produce it as it is, so I'm looking for another way to bypass it. The dress will go on similarly, and an eye patch will also be worn.

What I want to show through the four sitting poses above, is that She live for the sword, have everything supported for the sword, and sit on the throne that anyone covets with a arrogant position .

The images below are more of a female warrior. I like sitting poses, but I remember only Cleopatra selling well in sitting poses. So I also worked on about four standing poses as an alternative.

There are 8 poses that I uploaded now, but I actually made 12 poses. But when I imagine, any of above poses, I can't feel like I did well when I completed. As you can already see from the last two screenshots, Woman with a sword are over-consumed and unfortunate to start without thinking. And I don't want to be seen as someone's copy cat.

For now, I like it in order of 6/2/5/1, and the rest just feels like it.

Maybe I'll think about a day or two more to start working on the body.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And we'll close the ballot here! Please write down the topic you want me to produce and post it up. I don't care what it is!

Thank you always for your support and have a wonderful day!😘

The pose reminds me of Catherine Zeta-Jones of Mask of Zorro. It's a pose that would look good in pirate costumes, and would look good in Age of Discovery's aristocratic costume. I will add to the poll-list

Min-Gyu Han

Have you considered an 'en garde' position, with her face, right side and sword arm turned toward the adversary, left hand behind for balance?
