Hi, all my patrons!

The work is in progress.

The small change is the face. The eyes have become slightly smaller, the eyelid's position has changed, the nose length has shorter, the angle of the nose has changed, the cheekbones have been slightly protruded, and the shape of the jaw has changed slightly.

To be honest, I wanted to make the her Asian face characteristics, but her face was made as if she had undergone plastic surgery because she yearned for her Western appearance.(A review of my work. There is no demeaning intention.) Personally, I don't prefer sculpting Asian faces (Northeast Asia), because the faces themselves are too flat compared to other races. So, even though the realistic Asian face can be unique, it does not meet the universal standard of beauty I think.

I will touch her the face a little bit and go straight. And in the current screenshot, it feels like her hair is floating a little like a wig, so I'm going to place her hair on well.

Three outfits and hair were made. In the first costume, I'm going to carve the pattern thinly in relief. (We're going to distribute both the ones with and without the pattern.) The pattern will include lotus petals, lotus flowers, and frogs at the bottom of the skirt.

Two bases will be made, one with lotus petals and the surrounding frogs standing and the basic base.

To organize the rest of the work,

There are accessories, fans, and patterns.

Thank you always for your support and have a wonderful day!😘

I write down additional content to correct the text in case some people read it.

I exclude the pattern or put the pattern in the dress later. After calculating the time, I think it will take almost the same amount of time as the character. We will talk more about this after discussing it with the requester.

You are right. The idea of beauty is subjective, and universal beauty is hard to exist. I've thought it over, but it's hard to say exactly what I mean. When I was young, I mostly drew pictures by referring to Western-faced gypsum statues (Agrippa), and when I started carving, I mainly referred to Western-looking faces. The reason is that the face of an ordinary Asian is flat compared to other races, and it is difficult to make dramatic productions when receiving light, and it is inappropriate to study facial muscles and facial expressions on the face. Perhaps because I mainly refer to the appearance of the West, foreign white beauty has become the standard of beauty for me, and its characteristics appear in most works. Therefore, there are cases where the work was sold well, and there are cases where the work was ruined due to its characteristics. It is both an advantage and a disadvantage. This may be controversial, but it's a difficult topic to explain in writing.

"So, even though the realistic Asian face can be unique, it does not meet the universal standard of beauty I think." I read maybe over a year ago now that east Asian women are the most sought after demographic in dating apps. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but from what I have seen and read so far: - There is no universal standard of beauty - In the west east Asian features has a lot of fans. I have read/heard many people stating that east Asian women are beautiful but I can't recall ever hearing an opposite sentiment. That being said sculp faces you like looking at. I have yet to see a face you sculp that I would not find pretty/beautiful and I bet most if not all of your patrons have the same feeling.

Seeing you tackle a wider range of faces in the future would be lovely though.
