20220817 - Biker WIP. &

Hi, all my patrons!

The work is progressing little by little. And I started sculpting the third costume; cat suit.

I think this work will be finished once the bike, bag and 3rd outfit are completed.

This is a different story that has nothing to do with work.

Although it is a summer sale period at MMF recently, sales are much lower than expected. I won't know until the end of this month, but it's low sales compared to the previous year.

Rather than being disappointed in sales, I am reflecting on myself. I'm thinking about whether my work didn't satisfy others or what I lacked.

We'll talk more deeply in the future, but I think we'll have to change in a system and a different direction to break this situation.

Thank you always for your support and have a wonderful day!😘

Thank you for your long advice. As I read through it, I feel like I've become clearer about what to do. I will prepare better models until you come next time. You're always welcome!

I don't know the number of "Saved for Later" in the information I can get. However, it is only a measure of the popularity of the work by increasing or decreasing the View count every day. The link in the Welcomepack picture is broken. Patreon's UI changed not too long ago, and I think the link was broken then. This needs to be fixed. Thank you for your advice!

I think your financial reporting shows that trying to straddle the line isn't working for you. The recent models are still good sculpts, but for the most part it feels like the NSFW version is just an afterthought, and even then it isn't presented/displayed clearly on your store page. Your MMF revenue is noticeably lower March - June 2022 compared to 2021. MMF revenue in June 2022 was the lowest it's been in 18 months, and it's -83% since January (MMF sales for June were 17% of January's). Your Patreon was growing, but only added maybe 4 subscriptions February to April, and then net revenue from Patreon *fell* by around 20% since April. These are all signs that something has gone wrong with what's been posted during the last several months. As you've said for several months now, a correction is needed. So it becomes an existential decision here: do you stay in the more explicit niche that you've had success in, or do you decide to risk moving on and trying something new? If you stay, I think you need to go back to thinking about the NSFW version FIRST in the process. Prime example: if you're going to do a girl and a motorcycle, does that look sexier with the woman straddling/standing beside the bike, or when she's all hunched over herself and twisted trying to drive the bike and shoot at the same time? There's no argument that this is a cool model, but it tries to live in both worlds. Then you need to make sure you put the NSFW thumbnail on MMF so people can see it's available if that's what they're looking for -- which is likely, given that it's what you're known for. My personal opinion is that you were a standout in this niche. If you decide to move on, I think your detail work is your strongest area. You might focus on intricate clothing/costumes or something similar, but you'll face stronger competition and likely need to rebrand so that your shop is more "family friendly" for people who don't want to be associated with the more explicit models (or who don't know if the person they're sharing with would be bothered by them). Good luck, my friend. I want the best for you and I love that you're so transparent and open with us. Even though this is my last month as a subscriber for now, I'll keep you on follow so I can check back and see what you're doing.

Regarding your Patreon membership, when I joined your Patreon I didn't realize you had a "Welcome Pack". I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered you did have a Welcome Pack after I joined. But I think you would get a lot more subscribers if you made it more obvious you had a Welcome Pack like other Patreon artists do.
