I finish it quickly before the weekend comes and upload it.
'Gladiatrix' is finished. There are two versions ;on and off the helmet.
What's changed compared to the last WIP is the location of the Hoplomachus shield and grab the dagger in her hand. When you look at her from the front, we can see little bit more exposure of her body.
The beginning is a highly anticipated piece of work myself. But the closer work gets to the end, the more disappointed it is.
When I press the 'publish button', I will be released from this work. But I have a lot of thoughts through this work.
When I look back at the old works, they're kind of sloppy, but they're attractive, and I think I've tried a lot of different things, but I feel that the recent works have lost a lot of form.
I feel like a big wall is blocking in front of my eyes. Rather than waiting for this wall to break down, I keep thinking that I need to break through. I'll continue to work on it.
Pre-supported will be uploaded as soon as Shuarin completes the work.

IF you find something non satisfactory it IMHO just means you know you can still grow (many world renowned geniuses of art had similar feelings about their art). Your work is amazing and you are one of two people I subscribe blindly on Patreon for months because I'm confident you will always deliver something great.

2022-07-23 04:42:33 +0000 UTCI love the face of the shouting gladiatrix. Wrinkles around the eyes looks great. What is left is checking if it will be visible once printed and painted. I also appreciate the knife and buckler mix. Again I did not expect much from the topic and I was positively surprized. I think you really succeeded at them standing out. I can not recall ever seeing someone even close to the quality of your take on gladiatrixes.
