I found the issue. Its not that the all content password is wrong, its that its case sensitive. In the card the password is all uppercase letters, but the password itself only works in all lowercase letters.

Like I have done my best To put it into a text file so I can copy and paste it later and that worked previously but now that it's updated for some reason it doesn't work even though I've feel like I have copied it verbatim it still doesn't work and this really sucks.
