Though I think of “Tinkerty-tonk” as a Bertie Woosterism, Mr Internet attributes the phrase “Tinkerty-tonk, old fruit, and down with the Nazis” to a 1941 letter of the Queen Mother, but I do think it’s an excellent addition to the Omnibus outro.
