Awesome stuff. TMNT has been my favorite franchise since I was a kid. Hopefully we can eventually see the whole team join the roster. I think Donny could have also been interesting over Simon or Byleth and Shredder could have been a cool Kazuya but what you guys went with works too. My current thoughts are Leonardo for Pit, Michaelangelo for Ken, and Raphael for Little Mac. Raph and Mikey would fight bare handed since no one in Smash uses anything like sai or nunchaku.
