Tomoe - Love Minigame

A few details irk me and will be fixed in time for the next demo patch.
- When the decimals are between 1 and 2 numbers, the counter goes ape shit, I'll hard lock it to 2 decimals to fix that
- There's an awkward dead zone where you can't gain points if you're capped, so I'll just end the current minigame when you cap the love points.
And it's still missing some cute moans, sounds & music to set the mood, which will be included soon.
Once this feature is done, I'll really put my head down and draw a tooooon of naughty stuff to put on there, so make sure to stick around for that!
This will be the final preview of that feature before Auto RPG Ex v0.4, which should come out early next month, right on time for the official 1 year anniversary of development.
I'm most likely going to make a small post to celebrate, maybe show some early prototype screenshots, glitches, etc.
