January Patch Notes & System Updates [Relics]

I'll use the rest of the month to implement Lilith's voice lines and add normal hit clips and hopefully squeeze in Sophie's sprite update too.
Other than that, I'm currently working with Coco's VA & a composer for the background music. More info on that soon!

Global :
- Overall balance patch. Everyone's Attack/ASpeed has been reworked to scale in a more traditional way.
- Increased Base HP, but lowered HP growth across the board.
Buffs :
- Keri - Assassinate - Now also proccs on non-boss enemies below 25% HP.
- Tomoe - Flurry of Fists - Gets an extra potential attack. (Range is now 1 to Rank+3)
- 6E - Self Repair - If at max HP during Self Repair, she will unleash a Shield Pulse to do damage instead.
- Sigrunn - Reflect Damage up from 10% to 25% par Rank. Reflected damage also ignores enemy defense stat.
Nerf:
- Leila - Mountain Crusher - Damage multiplier down from 200% to 150%.
New :
- Relics were added to the game and provide permanent buffs between runs.

--- Anatomy Manual : Increase Tap Damage
--- Wooden Phallus : Increase Ally Damage
--- Nurse Outfit : Increase Ally Healing
--- Pirate Booty : Increase Gold Gains
--- Pepper Spray : Reduce Enemies per Wave
--- Blue Pills : Increase the time window to defeat bosses.
--- G-Spot Detector : Increase Critical Hit Damage [Only affects Sophie (Dice Roll : 3) & Leila's Mountain Crusher. (Temporary, will affect regular critical hits when they are added to the game)]
--- Cattle Prod : Reduce Troops Cooldown
--- Clenched Fist Dildo : Increase Multi Hitting moves [Only affects Tomoe and Keri's attacks.]
--- Sexy Glasses : Increase Exp Gains
--- Silent Vibrator : Reduce Ally Skill Cooldowns
--- Gem Generator : Increase Gem Gains.
--- Ribbed Condom : Increase Damage from Reflecting Skills [Only affects Sigrunn's reflect]
