Quality of Life - Cooldown Bars

One of the biggest comment I had from 0.1 was that people were unsure what was happening or when their characters would do their skills or attacks.
Cooldown bars are now a thing! The white bar is the attack bar, when it's full, your character will attack.
The blue bar underneath is the skill bar. If your character has no blue bar, it's because they have a skill tied to their attacks (Keri/Tomoe) or when taking damage (Sigrunn/June).
This change will be accompanying a ton more changes in 0.2!
