Lewin-Quinn FC Components

I've been gradually wrapping my noggin around these Fourier Transforms. When I read about them several years ago, nothing made any sense whatsoever. But now I'm writing about them in the book, I re-read the same materials, and it all makes sense. And that's peculiar because I definitely haven't become more intelligent. Goes to show that sometimes you need to step away from a difficult topic and approach it later, and that sometimes difficult things need to ferment in your head for a while. I probably without intending learned some other stuff that "unlocked" my ability to accept and absorb this new stuff.

Going through Lewin's original work, then Ian Quinn's generalization, and finally some great explanations by Dmitri Tymoczko... once I grasped what the FC transform was doing, it was so easy to calculate! It took only a few minutes to write the code, and verify my results with some unit tests.

FC components are on the website now. I don't know how or why anyone reading will want this data, but it's a thing and it's there and it adds yet another little piece to what I hope will continue to be a comprehensive study of every known property of every possible scale. Woohoo

I hope you're all doing well. Stay warm.
