Sorry I've been drawing Miku so much lately, I really liked some of the songs and I'm inspired to draw a bit more of her!

To the bad news, I really wish dieting was easier (。╯︵╰。) I overate on sweets again after having a particularly bad day and pain in my feet... I really need to take a grip of myself if I don't want to end up being the worst version of myself...

She looks so cute and mischevious! Beautiful artwork 💙 I know it can feel discouraging at times with dieting. I’ve been struggling with that my entire life. My advice is to always feel happy with yourself. Don’t be super strict and remember to enjoy life! Work on bettering yourself but don’t destroy what you love to eat or drink completely. Baby steps!

Your Miku is truly special! No matter how much I look at her, I never get tired of it. I wonder what kind of wicked(?) things she's doing with that smiling face.🩵🩵 Also, there's a saying that dieting should be done steadily over a long period of time! Sometimes, you have to let yourself eat what you want in order to keep going for the long run. I don't think you need to blame yourself too much for overeating.

There's nothing wrong with more Miku! She's really awesome, and has a whole bunch of fantastic costumes! 💖 I feel your pain with dieting. Since I developed chronic fatigue syndrome, I've found it really hard to get back into dieting, as there's just so much pain from day-to-day that the temptation to eat nice food is really too great. The way I used to successfully manage dieting is having a spreadsheet to track all the calories, fat, sugar, salt, fibre, and carbohydrates for each day. All the foods and snacks I eat, I tally up their food information and save it on a tab/sheet, so if I want something, I can just copy-paste it into the given day's tab/sheet (like Monday), then I can very easily keep track of how much I've had, and figure out what else I can eat in a day (such as meals and snacks). Works wonders compared to just cutting out all the tasty and fun things. Another key thing I do is to give myself one 'naughty day' every two weeks, where I can eat diet-unfriendly foods. I also have low fat/sugar alternatives to sweet foods (such as healthy air-popped popcorn and small packets of Pocky) on hand, so if I want something sweet, I can fit it into my diet without destroying it. Otherwise, I find sticking to diets is way too hard, as you miss all the nice sweet tasty foods. Regardless of how your diet goes, and even if your diet fails, you WON'T become the worst version of yourself. Struggling with diets is a very human thing to do, and does not make you a worse or bad person. 💖

No need to apologise for anything here. Miku is a great model, or "canvas", if you can call her that, to display different ideas with. And best of luck with the diet. Personally tried dieting a few times, but I'm just too weak for it :(
