Finally getting to October's Rewards, and also rewards update

Also, because quite a few people never messaged me with anything they wanted (I asked, got no reply) I just kinda had to assume they didn't want anything. So going forward, yeah if you don't ask for anything (I'll still message anyone in rewards tiers to check), that's okay, it's just well, you won't get anything. If several people keep not wanting anything I'll just add more slots in those tiers to make up for it. Also, if I forget any rewards that you DID request, don't hesitate to message me directly, and I'll hop on it.
