After gaining control of MP Moreno, the captor quickly disarmed the Military Police. And knowing he would pose him no harm, he quickly took him down to the nearby area where there was a handrail on the wall. He forcer Moreno against the wall then quickly grabbed the handcuffs him Moreno's duty belt.

"Both hands around the rail!" The captor forced him. Disarmed and confused, Moreno complied. His hands were quickly handcuffed together around the sturdy railing.

"How does that feel handcuffed with your own handcuffs?" The captor mocked. Moreno did not reply from humiliation.

The captor then pulled out a piece of rope then tied his feet together securing them to an anchor. Moreno is stuck, stretched between the rail and the anchor.

"What do you want? You won't get away with this" Moreno reasoned with the captor.

"Oh just shut up!" He said as he unbuckled Moreno's belt, and started to unbutton his pants.

"Hey what the fuck!? What are you doing? Let me go" Moreno said angrily!

"I don't think so buddy!" as he pulled down his pants, exposing his blue underwear and a bulge. "Oh someone is liking this!" The captor mocked again.

"You better let me go, NOW!"

"I don't think you're in a position to make orders, buddy! Do you see yourself? Now spread your legs!" The captor ordered then step into the space between Moreno's legs. Before Moreno was stuck, but now his movement was even more limited his leg straddling a guy.
