As Newtown was being brought away from his vehicle, the futuristic captors happily reported their capture back to the base. Although he had originally decided to comply and not say a word, his survival and fighting instinct kicked in and he had to fight back from being pretty much dragged away, and had to open his mouth.

He paid the price for that. The gag that was promised earlier for his insolence behavior was produced. The captor only had to slap a coin sized disc against his mouth, and it quickly expanded and wrapped around his mouth and head, and filling the cavity of his mouth, muffling almost all sound coming from his mouth. The gag was even adjustable for the captors to make tighter as they wish to make it as uncomfortable as they want. And Newton also quickly realized how impossible it was to work the gag off, with no give at all, and the fact that an unidentified material filled with mouth cavity, there's no way for him to really push it out or work it off with his jaw movement.

It even was remotely controlled, so that if they did want him to talk, then they could just do it remotely, then the mouth piece would turn green to let sound penetrate through, and as soon as they were done they could just as easily turn it back red and cut off all sound. EVIL DEVICE!
