Thieves - Bad Moon Rising

But I remember seeing this scene as I was younger, and been trying to find this scene everywhere for a while. Finally found it! A handsome cop (Played by Dylan Neal) was overpowered by a woman that's one of the main characters of the series. He was then handcuffed, then for a second shown on the floor face down and taped straining. Just perfect for me, cute cop, nice uniform, and g a g? Wow!

Such a handsome policeman and they don't tie him well, doesn't the thief realize that it is very easy for the cop to escape if he doesn't tie his feet?
