Gate Guard - 01

Pvt. Becker knew that he wasn't supposed to leave his post. He's assigned to guard and patrol a portion of a perimeter fence of a military facility. But when his girlfriend texted him "Call me, we need to talk". He just couldn't take his mind out of it. "Is she breaking up with me?" "We've been together for 3 years now" "What did i do?" A lot of things went through his head. So he decided to just break protocol, and not care about the consequences, his long time life plans were at stake here. The facility is a quiet and isolated facility anyway. Nothing would happen in the 5 minutes or so that he's planning to do the call.
He decided to go through the door and take the call outside of the compound, so non of his friends could potentially hear his conversation.
His phone....rang....rang.....rang.....and rang........ "Come on! Pick up!! You told me to call you" He said in his head.

PS: Although the ACU has been completely phased out in favor to the OCP. It still has a special place in my heart, since that's the uniform that got me into it. So it will make an appearance every now and then.
