He's wondering why they went into so much effort to put him in this intricate hogtie. Just tie his hands and feet, and gag him, then with all this gunpoint, he's pretty much completely incapacitated, and they can do whatever they want to do. Not until what happened next, he realized why they trussed him up so tightly that he couldn't move at all.
They searched all of his pockets for personal items, including his phone. Then put a blindfold on. He then heard his trunk being opened, then he's being lifted and from the feel of it, he realized he's being placed in his OWN patrol car!!!.
What the fuck is going on?!?!.....
