200$ goal reached!... Sort of!
Added 2018-09-03 11:04:46 +0000 UTCDuring the course of August we reached the 200$ goal quite handily. Agonisingly when it came to crunch time it dipped back below, mostly thanks to Patreon's declination shenanigans.
I thought that a decent compromise would be for me to turn out the promised short story anyway, the subject of which will be votable through the 15 dollar tier. I want to test my long-disused story-format muscles anyway, and want to find out how challenging it will be to produce alongside all the other writes I've pledged to. Once it's done, it'll appear here publically for a couple of days and then it'll go into the 6 dollar archive.
I'd lastly like to thank you all for contributing so far. When I designed that goal I thought it was a fairly distant target that I probably wouldn't have to think about for a while, but in a few short months it's been breached, and now I'm going to have to think harder. It's incredibly inspiring such a large number of people are willing to invest in me banging dirty words together. Thanks again.
