Weekly Update - 9/21/20

This week was vocal practice. I was asked to sing a Judas Priest cover for a friend's channel, so I decided to start trying to take care of my voice again since I absolutely haven't been since I finished my last guest musician sessions last month. An online community I'm in has a karaoke night every Friday so I decided to join them this week so that I could see how my voice was holding up and try to see what I needed to work on. I figured I would share it with you guys since live music is pretty non-existent right now and I have never released songs or covers that are the very first take, no backing vocals, and left untouched (other than compression and reverb) after that. So, enjoy my attempts at Sonata Arctica, Judas Priest, and Pat Benatar, and I'm hoping to get you guys a sneak preview of the Judas Priest cover that's in the works in the coming weeks. The plan (I think) is to release it in time for Halloween.
