This introduces app support for GTA Vice City, so remember to also add the asset files (to the ./resources/app/assets folder) if installing this voice!
I also re-trained the following voice to v2:

I've got a few good things in the pipeline for future releases, for both the trainer, and the main app. I'm gonna be working on some more requests, and v1->v2 retraining, but with the holidays/family-time coming up, I'll be afk a fair bit, so the next poll will be coming soon, but it will likely be just after Christmas.
