Batch #10 of 10 (9+1 bonus) early access models

I actually trained Hancock a while ago as a personal request, but I didn't deem the quality good enough at the time for publishing. With the new training process, it is now good enough (with hifi also coming soon).
I'm actually quite happy with how some of the weirder voices came out. The Strong voice works quite well (thought hifi is definitely needed). The Synths also sound pretty good! The rest of the voices (including the guards, meme-ready) are all pretty good. The Cyberpunk voice is now the second that I've trained successfully without a source transcript, so that experiment is so far turning out quite well - things should get easier for non-Bethesda voices in the future, I think.
Finally, I've now trained all the Fallout 4 voices' HiFi GAN models together in two groups, male and female. The last thing remaining now, for every voice to have their bespoke vocoder is that I briefly further fine-tune these pairs of models on just a single voice, before release.
