v1.2.3 and Batch #8 of 14 (11+3 bonus) early access models

A big one this time, following the options from the poll, as well as the second half of the  surge in personal requests (of which 2 additional voices not in this list were private) from earlier.

The new voices are:

- Fallout 4: MaleGhoul
- Fallout 4: Longfellow
- Fallout 4: MaleMaineAccent
- Fallout 4: LancerCaptainKells
- Fallout 4: FemaleBoS01
- Fallout 4: FemaleBoS02
- Fallout 4: MaleGhoulCombatant01
- Fallout 4: JackCabot
- Fallout 4: GangOperatorFemale01
- Fallout 4: GangPackFemale01
- Fallout 4: RonnieShaw
- Skyrim: MaleBrute (with HiFi-GAN)
- Mass Effect: Joker (with HiFi-GAN)
- Half Life: G-Man (with HiFi-GAN)

These are all pretty good quality. The Halflife G-Man voice (requested) was in part a bit of an experiment, as this voice had an astoundingly low 69 usable lines of audio available for training). So it's not very good quality, but with the help of HiFi training, it's still surprisingly (to me) good. The male ghoul combatant is need of the HiFi treatment before it's good, but the sentence composition part is good!

Some of these voices are from games now newly supported by xVASynth. You can read the last technical post to see more info on this. In v1.2.3, the game selection menu has been overhauled, to more naturally support a longer list of supported games. Speaking of which, the new games that are supported (though any can be added at any time by anyone) are:

- Fallout 76
- Mass Effect
- Half life
- The Witcher

You should download v1.2.3 for the game skin asset files, in order to use these new games' voices (or make your own!).

Also, judging by the numbers shown in the new game selection menu (where you can see how many voices are installed), we've flow right past 100 voices, and we're now at a whopping 119 voices! (including a few cross-game duplicates)
