Lilya MerMay MIPs!

So yeah, here we are with a little look in on another MerMay piece. I wasn't sure if I'd have time to do another, but hopefully this will get finished before the end of the month.
I started with some sketches to find the pose I wanted first.
Then I moved on to developing the costume and look of Mermaid Lilya, and we have this so far.
Next is painting underneath the sketch, and then we'll go over the top of the sketch to finalised all the forms and details. Should be good! Hope I get time!
