2020-10-06 11:29:35 +0000 UTCHmmm…. That looks like a capture bot, mk3 if I’m not mistaken (uses ropes and ball gags of all things). If I remember rightly it secures and silences its targets ether to the nearest object or hogties them. Doesn’t it have a glitch were it just targets everything in sight?
