Feather's "big" sister?

So with Feather getting all these 'firsts' lately, i start to wonder... Does Feather have anyone who ties her up on a regular basis (the way Eighteen ties Sixteen or Sixteen and Elena (or anyone, really) ties Marisu)?
I like the idea of Feather, being so meek, that a much younger girl could easily "dom" her.
But who is this character? Younger sister or cousin? An acquaintance (child she babysits)? OR is she even needed?
I'm not sure myself, so i thought i'd ask you guys, my higher tier patrons, what you think.
You can respond to the poll or comment. I'll try and work with any feedback i get.
If it doesn't pan out, hey... at least you all get a nice Feather pic, right? :)

I might need to think about this a bit more, but on a gut level I feel this to be unnecessary.
