Here she is!
A Mail Marisu Character.
Or at least, Marisu is cosplaying as a Mail Carrier. The symbol on her hat is that of a japanese postoffice. 郵便局
You know, upon seeing this, i don't know if i like this character design all that much. Maybe i'll hold off on revealing her.
Also, i realize i made a typo in my previous post, It's just a couple letters though, so most people probably didn't notice.
