Why haven't i finished it?
I like the pic.
I like the idea behind the pic.
I just... never seem to find the time or energy to complete it.
So i guess, consider this an extremely late, early preview of a pic that may or may not ever be completed... Who knows anymore.

We haven't seen Sixteen tied up for a while, and tied and POd Sixteen is good Sixteen.
