DMCA attacks on my tumblr, twitter

SHORT VERSION: Someone is stalking me and attacking my websites with false DMCA takedown notices.

If you follow me on twitter, you may or may not have noticed my account has been suspended.

I received an email from Twitter telling me that my account has been suspended for violating copyright, following multiple DMCA takedown notices.

Now, I only ever upload my own art, so it's not possible this DMCA is even a mistake. It is a fraudulent attempt to harass me and disrupt my life, just like the fraudulent DMCA complaints I've had against my tumblr accounts. So I should have my twitter account suspension lifted, and all my content restored.

I believe these DMCA attacks to be from the same person/people.
And I believe it is possible it could be the same person who misidentified me as their ex-husband and started sending me abuse on CuriousCat and Twitter.

This woman recently admitted I am not their ex and that she made a mistake, and she asked to be friends. I forgave her. Then she started getting very familiar in DMs and started flirting with me. I told her I wasn't interested at all (because the idea of flirting with someone who abused me for a week sickened me to my stomach). She apparently relented, and I thanked her.

Soon after she unfollowed me on twitter, and sent a tweet calling my art "horrible" in another language (Russian I believe. Bing translate helped). I blocked her twitter account then, because this does not seem to be a stable person at all.

This happened at around the same time the DMCA attacks happened.

I have enemies online, and there are people I have rubbed the wrong way, but I'm not so sure they would pursue me so unrelentingly. I can only assume someone who is suffering from an acute mental illness is fixated on me, whether those emotions are negative or positive. And I believe it to be this woman who, out of a case of mistaken identity, abused me for a week.

Even after all these present problems are cleared up, I believe she will continue to find ways to attack me.

I don't know what to do.
