Here's our latest video, all about Stardew Valley and its creator, Eric Barone.
One of the issues we run into with our videos is that we worry that, by telling the stories of individuals, we make it seem as if video games are the product of one key visionary. That's very rarely true (eventually we want to broaden things up and show how multiple creators benefit the same game), but in the case of Stardew Valley, it's pretty accurate. Eric Barone did pretty much everything in the game all by himself, which is a bit nuts!
Well, he did have support from his girlfriend, Amber, but that's in the video, we won't spoil it.
Anyway, hope you like it! This is going out early to $5 patrons, and it'll be live on Friday afternoon for everyone else.
