I’d like to share something from an event I wrote about in my last newsletter..

We only had a one-day séance instead of two at the S*ksulje event from Kahana Cosmica this weekend, because Eva (one of the founders) became very ill. It was a day of connection, sensory exploration, and holding space for one another.

For me, it was a creative experience, but I didn’t let myself go as freely as others—I was holding my camera, focusing carefully so I wouldn’t miss anything meaningful while trying to catch the available light (the space was very dark, and I wouldn't use flash during the séance). It was also the first day of my bleeding so by the time I got home I was very tired.

Still, it was a beautiful and pleasurable experience to connect with other women and simply be as we are, without judgment. Overall, I think practices like these truly give you the freedom to enjoy yourself. If I were to create a space for such practices through my lens, I would make the eroticism even more intense. After all, I already practice boudoir photography on a deep somatic level, so why not imagine a larger event—one centered on accepting our nakedness and confronting our deepest fears and animalistic feelings in a safe space.

I can't wait to create an atmosphere at EmCe Velenje today, Dec 19, 2025, I am excited but also nervous, which actually helps me to focus. EmCe plac is a place I used to visit often during my high school years. I know I had already promised to share the horizontal photos for my exhibition in my Newsletter: Issue n3, but intense December swept me off my feet...but I also believe that some things are best kept under wraps until the moment is right, so I’ll be revealing the full collection only after the event..

I hope everything goes as planned so wish me luck. 🤞 I am happy that I can exhibit where I started my second life.
