Disappointed and looking at alterative funding

Well this month was really bad. This month I lost 16 dollars of funding. Only 3 of them was declined because of reasons (which I understand) but the rest was Fraud, and people logging in using Paypal, and then not being real Paypal accounts.
This means I lost 16 dollars of funding this month, but the point is I have people who are stealing from me for just 1 dollar per month!!
I have tried to get "charge up front" turned on by Patreon, but they refuse to do it on request, and it is rolled out through the beta program.
So this now leads me to what?
I love that some people are supporting me, but am so utterly hurt by those who are not only taking advantage of the Patreon model, but also getting things for free while others of you are supporting me.
So I have to think if I want to continue this. It is really hurting creativity, and more importantly I am spending more time working on trying to "deal and ban" the people taking advantage of the Patreon situation.
So I am looking for some comments from people please, and also I am going to put up a vote because I want to see how my Patrons feel.

Start charging for comics, like AmazingTransformation and TGComics does and stop Patreon i buy all works
