I’ve been curious about knitting and pottery for a long time, and I finally decided to give it a try.These days I’m trying to stay active and find joy in simple things.My psychologist and I are working a lot so that I can remain in this state alive, engaged, real for as long as possible.So that even if I do fall back into the dark moments, it’s only for a short time, and not so painfully.

Recently she told me again that I’m a very complex client, with a heavy story and difficult topics.There’s truly a lot of work to do, especially now, living through the war and constant shelling.Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it’s unpleasant, but it’s necessary.

Life hasn’t been easy since childhood.And it’s sad that there’s still so much stigma around people who go through mental health struggles.But I try not to dwell on that anymore.The main thing is that I keep moving forward.That I keep trying, creating, learning new things, knitting, sculpting, cooking, working out, and doing photography.
