At times, the atmosphere of sadness felt overwhelmingly heavy, but my defense mechanism—humor and laughter—seemed to soften the tension just enough. I’m genuinely relieved that reading it was so much easier than writing it.
Right now, five different medications—antidepressants, antipsychotics, and mood stabilizers—are working together to help bring me into a more stable state.
What truly gave me a surge of energy and hope, though, was fulfilling one of my biggest dreams. That moment filled me with a renewed desire to keep fighting and stay focused on better days ahead.
