YES, I really love walking. The psychologist advised me to walk at least 5000 steps a day

I understand completely the desire to work as a form of therapy. I use exercise as therapy, even if its just walking. Movement outside helps me. I hope you are doing better everyday 🫂🫂🫂🫂❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏
