Announcing Service Migration to New Engine
Added 2024-12-16 16:27:43 +0000 UTCWe have been working for more than a year now on completely rewriting the entirety of RatingPosterDB's code, and today, we are happy to announce that we have migrated our servers to the new engine!
While we did all the tests we could to ensure that the service will be stable, make sure to tell us if you experience any issues with the service as this is a big change.
The new engine should provide faster poster updates, fresher ratings and faster downloads, as well as open up the opportunity of more features!
We created a project stability page to ensure that everything runs smoothly, which can be found at this link: https://stats.uptimerobot.com/nzWhE0sOq2
Some of the servers are currently dedicated to rolling back all changes in case the new engine has issues, we will add those servers as premium servers too going forward as we become more confident in the stability of the new system.
So stay tuned and tell us if RPDB works better (or worst) for you going forward.
