January Update - Improved Plex Connection and More

* Improved Plex Connection (before there were issues with Servers that did not have SSL set to "flexible")
* Improved Matching of Items Through Plex
* Added Plex Refresh Delay Settings (can be set as a timeout or as time of day)
* Fixed an Issue Where the Plex Connection Could Block the Scan
* Fixed an Issue Where the Plex Connection Could Cause the App to Crash
* Added Retry Fetching Poster Settings
* Added Link to Webhook Documentation in App
