Now, in social settings, especially at work, I assert my leadership and express my opinions strongly when necessary (even if the person I’m dealing with is a beautiful woman). However, in romantic relationships, I openly surrender the lead to my partner, reveal my submissive side, and even take pride in the excitement I feel from a sense of defeat. I show these aspects without shame. Separating my professional self from my personal desires isn’t a bad thing, nor is it deceitful. It’s simply acting according to necessity. Haha. I used to watch certain videos at home to find solace. It was confusing to discover aspects of myself that I didn’t want, but through some turning point, I realized that acknowledging these traits would lead to a happier life. I think I was around 25 when that happened. A little late, I suppose.

I deeply resonate with the idea that one should find happiness and live for oneself. I, too, was quite confused about my own tendencies in my youth. I probably realized my preferences in my early 20s, but at the time, I was afraid to reveal them to the opposite sex. I couldn’t even show it in casual relationships. Especially during that period, I had been "thrown into" society, and the walls of the Man Box were particularly thick.

When I was a teenager, I was confused about my preference on SM contents. Why these strange things could easily turn me on? I was a little embarrassed and shamed about myself. As time passing by, I gradually understand that this is a normal thing. It is ok for me to have my own sexual preferences. And it was also the time for me to realize that: I need to live for myself. Instead of going to med schools or study computer science (which my parents want me to), I chose psychology to be my major. And I want to become a psychoanalyst in the future. In the corner of sexual fetishism, there lies our own subjectivity. Lastly, thanks for your wonderful works! My favorite character is the goddess hhh, because the concept of a goddess who can make your sexual imagination come true is sooooooo hot! Best wishes~~

As time passed and I became an adult, I read Shūzō Oshimi's "Flowers of Evil", and it reminded me of my school days with her, so I paid homage to the title. (Of course, it wasn't that extreme like the comic in my case.) Thank you for always supporting me! I will repay you with better works!
