Self-love with Yoni eggs

Yoni jajce je sveti kristal, ki krepi medenično dno, ki je prav tako mišica in potrebuje vajo, kot vsi drugi deli našega telesa (ali celo bolj, kot rezultat zdravja in kondicije celega bita, ki ju pridobiš z vajo). Ko prakticiram ljubezen do sebe z yoni jajčku, ga začutim in si dovolim, da ga yoni sprejme sama..nikoli se ne silite v to, ampak prebudite svoje telo in ga objemite. Nato ga z dihanjem celega telesa povežem s srcem, pri vsakem vdihu občutim radost do sebe in pri izdihu izdihnem vso nemoč, ki ne spada v moje telo.

When I practice self-love with yoni egg, I feel into it and let the yoni receive it naturally.
Feel yourself into it and let it accept it naturaly. Never force yourself to it but awaken your body first. Then I connect it to my heart with my whole body breathing, with every inhale I feel joy for myself, then I exhale all the helplessness that does not belong in my body.
