TSR Alpha Build: 1.2.0 (11/28/23)

The air is thick. Even with the filter of the blue lantern that Medea carries, you can taste the sour-sweet air as it coats your tongue. It burns the back of your throat, making you want to gag. This was the miasma at work. Oh, Herald, how could anyone live so close to the Wastes if this is what it feels like?

You'll have to important your save from the public build to continue were you left off! Additionally, you'll need to have an itch account.

Because this is an Alpha Build. it is very very very barebones and lightly edited and subject to change, but it should be playable beginning to end. Please do no go in thinking this is as polished as the public build.  I don't want you to be disappointed TTuTT it's very linear in its current state, but I hope to open it up a bit by the time we reach the public update.

I'm still a little iffy on a lot of things here because there some really important lore I need to shoehorn somewhere organically before the end of chapter 1 and I've been struggling to find the right place to put it all in. >A< But please enjoy!! I'll make another post about the current state of the game and changes  at a later date. I'm really tired right now. Haha.

What to expect from the alpha build:

Update Wordcount: 23+ words

Total wordcount: 60k+

• Lots and lots and lots of lore ; w ;
• Bond, banter and/or argue with your newly formed party of Sieghardt and Medea.
• Enter and explore the Old Capital City of Arkades and some of the landmarks in the area.
• Encounter the denizens and creatures that roam the old city.
• Survive a dangerous encounter... (The solution will be posted at the bottom of the page. Don't scroll all the way to the end if you don't want to be spoiled!! :) )

Plans for future updates:

• Solider-locked scene with Sieghardt at the City Guard Barracks.
• Alternative route in the Theatre.
• Playable battle scenario with (REDACTED)
• Alternative branch scenario to obtaining  one of two key. (Not a priority.)

EDIT: In its current state, there aren't any personality stat changes built into the code so please keep that in mind!
