With training camp less than a month away, Tony East and I are teaming up for another podcast series. This time, previewing the upcoming season for every player on the standard roster, with the following format as the guide for our conversation:
- projected role
- one big question
- best/worst case scenario
In this episode, we cover the "power forward" position, which for the sake of divvying up the roster evenly, includes Jalen Smith (although he most likely won't be masquerading as a four again this season) along with Obi Toppin and Jarace Walker (both of whom, hopefully, won't be "masquerading" as fours, while revealing themselves to be more comparatively four-like, either at one end of the floor or the other).

Love it when you are on with Tony East. I thought Walker’s defensive talent was amazing in summer league. I think he can guard wings, and thus even if his shooting is poor I think he will play a lot. I think he can play small with bigs and big with a smaller lineup.
