Turns out, Tony and I weren't quite done putting a bow on the season that was for the Pacers, as we both agreed to tack on a few additional episodes covering the team's decision-makers. First up, we turned our attention to the coaching staff, discussing where the team was and wasn't successful from a tactical perspective before looking ahead at what challenges might be in the offing next season.
Generally speaking, evaluating coaching can be extremely nebulous and oftentimes what isn't seen can be as or more important than what's readily visible; however, from the standpoint of accountability and how the youth on the roster was developed to crafting a clear identity and breaking away from prevailing past perceptions, there's still plenty to dig into.
