It's April! The patreon is back to charging!

I'm not sure if I should keep with the weekly update posts or if I should switch to biweekly posts. I'm gonna have to rearrange the patreon profile itself at some point. Probably not change the tiers or goals, since I don't really have any better ideas of what to change them to.

Regardless for what intervals I do the status posts on, I'm gonna post the list of progress made, and then monthly post a draft of the game. For this game it's not really a 'demo' since I'm writing everything out-of-sequence and that would make replaying everything kind of a frustrating mess, but probably in the future I'll try to write things a bit more, you know, linearly so that's less of an issue.

this month i wrote around 18,000 words, going back and forth through the game looking for missing scenes.

word count / matches

• 2019-03-01: 167597 words / 621 matches
• 2019-04-01: 185139 words / 553 matches

'matches' is a loose count of how many missing scenes are left. "scene" is very hazy, since a single scene could be like, "two lines of dialog" vs. "5000 word sex scene", but it's the only metric i got.

~200 of them are in the 'postgame' that's not gonna be included in the final game, so when that drops to around 200 everything will be done. given that i also added 20-some matches, i wrote ~90 scenes last month, which at the current rate has me finishing everything around july.
