the depth of characters and writing in B5 is one of the reasons i rewatch the show every couple of years though it always frustrates and saddens me somewhat to see the parallels to current events happening

I really think my parents' love of Babylon 5 has made them more accepting people, even if I'm not sure how clearly they see how its themes apply to real life and they buy into the copaganda a little too much.
