Oh Oh forgot. This new ultra long lived alien race secretly living on Earth. I wonder if they are implying that Mr. Flint was really one of them and maybe got lost from his parents and never knew he wasn't the only one? If these aliens start exhibiting a superhuman healing ability????

OOPS! Don't ask why. Maybe the haircuts. But two episodes in a row make me finally become aware of who these two characters are and make them stand out.

There were so many things I liked or rolled my eyes at. Once again, Star Trek has no stable view of how time travel works. So, this story is one where changing history really changes history, wiping out an entire future, as opposed to the Kelvin timeline where going back and changing history just creates a divergent reality that has no impact on the reality it diverged from. Whatever allows for that particular story. On the other hand, I loved that line where the Romulan throws a fit over the fact that she's been there since 1992 because all of this Khan stuff was supposed to be done and over with by 1996 according to the historical records the Romulans had., She intended to kill Khan just before he rose to power and the little f****r doesn't even exist yet in 1996. I loved that in-joke about the inconsistencies of the shows. But it did make me laugh that, eventually, Khan is going to be pushed so far forward that he's going to be making Kirk and then Picard move forward to make room for his story. It's probably time they give it up and just admit the Star Trek future is not our future. Do you think they should do that? Or just always maintain the idea that this is our future? Does that eventually become its own joke? Or just stop invoking Khan. LOL. I was very happy to see that this was ultimately about La'an and the first episode where I really remembered her first name even though the episode was about her being Khan's descendant. I admit I have always mixed up La'an and Erica Ortegas. Don'

If it was the worst intro you've ever done, why am I giggling at it so much?

This was another great episode, and the performances by Christina Chong and Paul Wesley were great. As someone who lives in the GTA it was so cool to see all the places where they shot that I have been to. Though there's no way they'd could have afforded a hotel that nice with their winnings and the cops would not have let someone go after driving like that, it pushes the boundaries of suspension of disbelief more than warp drive ever could. I really like Paul Wesley as Kirk, though am I the only one who thinks he looks a little like Jim Carrey when he would do his Kirk impression on In Living Colour?

I honestly like this one; I basically had it since the Temporal Wars on Enterprise

one thing you should do, is talk about the soft confirmation of an old fan theory. The fan Theory was each time travel episode slightly alters the timeline. It was started when Voyager went to Los Angeles, and took some steam from Enterprise. It was kind of shot down when the producers said Discovery was "prime timeline" but now it's slightly confirmed.
