Dearest Jessie, Thank you for your latest video. I live in the UK and I am so saddened that this country has become a cesspit for bigoted behaviour. Know that you have my full-throated support. I present as CIS Female but I consider myself trans neuro-spicy. As such I pass without trying and I am attempting to appreciate what I have in contrast to the awful hardships so many trans women have to go through to attain something I have but don't particularly want. I wish we could trade bodies. (The female stereotyping makes me rage!) My Government does not speak for me. I am deeply ashamed. Please know that there are so many of us (particularly 30 and younger) who hate what this once diversity-celebrating country has become and is still further becoming. I will fight it Tooth and Nail in any way I can, small or large. If I can do anything to aid in campaigns beside supporting your channel, Please DM me. I know of Laura K Buzz over here who frequently runs protests and demonstrations. I hope to begin attending. LLAP you beautiful nerd.

My spouse has been bugging me to watch DS9 for a while now (I prefer creature of the week type episodes over the serialized war episodes), and I only gave in when I realized I wanted to be able to understand your next Sex in Star Trek video. Don't tell him, but I'm glad I watched it. :)

I find video quotes of notorious transphobes unbearable to watch. I learn all that I need to about them without having to listen to their voices. I can see how making these deep diving videos about the transphobe universe might drain your joy and delight in life. Please, please take care of yourself. We need you thriving and brilliant and full of life. I am in my mid 60s, have been in transition for almost two years and you are one of my most delightful and healing Transgender Resources. Please don't risk wrecking yourself in long soul destroying journeys through the Mordor of Transphobia. Love you and wishing everything wonderful for you. Thank You for your work. Erica

I love your work Jessie and enthusiastically support you taking the time and making the decisions to keep you enjoying life and your work and embracing all the great and joyous stuff in life.

Jessie, any chance of a bookshelf tour soon? Because the whole video I’m listening to you… but I’m also getting distracted by “ooh… what manga is that? It looks like DBZ, but, she’s moving so fast” 😂

Ahaha, you sound like you're having an ADHD brain morning, I know what that's like 😂 I'm looking forward to your short film and I also heckin loved "for the trees" (and your other big videos, but I haven't seen the newest Matt Walsh one yet, I definately need to be in a better mood to deal with that one) Also, that really is a huge star trek book collection O3O I hope you had fun seeing your fam and had a good trip (at least mostly, I know Colorado Springs was kinda sucky in terms of recent events)

It all sounds great .... We should be able to help a bit more next year, I'm mortally embarrassed at how little we do at the moment! Much love from oz.

I'm excited your going to focus on the things that are important and work toward making your incredible content ever better! Hope you have a fantastic rest of the year, and a happy holiday season! P.S. I got distracted by your awesome collection of books a few times, maybe a breakdown of your collection would make for a fun and easy video to make the algorithm happy. Or maybe an essay on fandom and our need to collect (I know my bluray collection is always getting outta control, haha).

I'm a director at a very large tech company. I'm also the co-lead for our bi+ global council in our PRIDE group. I attended Out & Equal workplace summit in October. After seeing how much is going on in our country and the world that is hurting the LGBT+ community, I have also signed up for the advocacy pillar. I think we need to stand up as a community (along with others in marginalized communities) and make real change. Thank you for what you do. Getting this information out in a logical and thought-out way is super important.

I did get to watch your video today. It was well done on very difficult topics. Luckily, a light work afternoon so I could watch immediately.
