I remember reading that the whole Dodger plot happened because Garibaldi’s actor Jerry Doyle kept bugging JMS (or one of the other producers) to give his character a sex scene… and then when JMS finally wrote it for him, Doyle said it was wrong for the character given his feelings for Talia and insisted that it play out as it did. I think JMS was not amused.
