I mean, my generation was introduced to him on the A-Team as Howlin' Mad Murdock, and I think Reg Barclay is the most emotionally healthy character I've ever seen him play. I do love him as Amos, though, and he and Garibaldi had a wonderful rapport that I wish we could have seen more of. I really wish his storyline had been the A plot and that the Dr. Franklin and Miriam storyline had been axed. Seriously, even in the 90s, many B5 fans knew everything about that was gross and inappropriate!

2022-09-28 07:51:15 +0000 UTCI'm REALLY anxious to see Vera's reaction to future episode, Franklin is definitely a character that gets put through the ringer and has to confront himself and his mistakes. That said, I don't think this was intended as one of them: JMS seems to have a skewed view of "appropriate relationships" if what I've heard is true.
