You know, I was just catching up on a couple vids I missed this week and remembering I may still have some fabric/leather studs that I think are just what they used for rank pins in Enterprise. I was wondering if you have like a PO box for fan mail or something. I could send some along. (Or maybe if there's enough info on the packaging I could just find where to get em if they're still made. They're just like bead store findings I bought a bunch of for some project and didn't end up using, so they've been rattling around for like twenty five years or something. :) )

They way the shot was lined up is almost exactly like Kirk and Spock were lined up in Spock's Brain.

In sick bay when he and his wife started screaming at the same time.

Was it me, or was there a Spock's Brain Easter egg?

I was hoping you'd mention the egg cracking bit! When Chapel mentioned how things must be different to Spock when he was in T'Pring's body, that was such a delight. If my egg hadn't cracked already, it would have exploded at that moment. I also agree that we needed a tonal shift from the Gorn episode. I *LOVED* the callback to Amok Time. Even the music during the fight scene! That music is so classic Star Trek and I cannot imagine anything else fitting. I do wonder if the hint about Chapel being bisexual aired in the first episode during pride month was a coincidence.

Happy Pride Month!😁😁

I dunno. This one didn't blow me away. It felt like a pretty pedestrian script that was held together by some magnificent acting. I love me some LD, but DS9 still feels like the only "regular" Trek that ever really did funny well. I think the main reason why is they never used the funny episodes to "show us a different side of the characters". The characters were always fully present in all the episodes, and the funny ones were about taking those characters and showing how the expression of those characters can be silly.
